Summer Nationals: THE OFFSPRING + BAD RELIGION

bad-religionTwo of rock’s most exciting and enduring bands, The Offspring and Bad Religion have announced three UK shows for June in Birmingham, Glasgow and London.

The Offspring’s Dexter Holland (vocals, guitar), Noodles (guitar), Greg K (bass) and Pete Parada (drums) have performed over 1100 shows across the globe and sold more than 40 million albums worldwide. Their 1994 release Smash remains the highest-selling album of all-time on an independent label. Among the band’s best-known hits are the rock anthems ‘Self Esteem’, ‘Come Out And Play (Keep ‘Em Separated)’, ‘The Kids Aren’t Alright’ and ‘You’re Gonna Go Far, Kid’.

Preeminent LA punk band Bad Religion returned to the UK live arena last summer and have just announced a limited vinyl LP ‘30 YEARS LIVE’ which will be released on February 26th. The LP features songs spanning their three decades as a band and was recorded over four shows in 2010. Preceding the dates Bad Religion will also be appearing at Belgium’s Graspop Metal Meeting Festival and Hellfest in France.
