Against the backdrop of broken Britain, Louise Distras, Riskee & The Ridicule and The Kenneths, TINY K & The Collective and Witch Fever are bringing two nights of punk, poetry and grime to London and Manchester this October. Spearheading a movement that exists to represent the disenfranchised youth from all backgrounds in a unified way.

The recent climate in the UK is something that has provoked a reaction in the music world creating a revival of morals and rebellion but with a broader collective of genres and backgrounds involved. Louise Distras, who will be headlining both of the events has said, “Music has the power to change the world. Nu-Punk takes the spirit and energy of rebel rock through the ages and we are building on it for a new generation of working-class kids. Nu-Punk is a movement that stands on the shoulders of giants but has a different field of vision. These shows are about more than bringing grime and punk together. These shows represent the new energy here in the UK that has seen a record number of young people registering to vote against division, hatred and austerity.”

And the main support comes from Riskee & The Ridicule who are fresh off of supporting The King Blues around the country and The Kenneths who recently worked with The Descendents and supported Green Day.

Tickets for the shows are ON SALE NOW and available here:

October 20th – London, Boston Music Room
October 21st – Manchester, Satans Hollow
