mpf2-2017MPF2017 have just released their first compilation to introduce the bands playing next year’s festival. It is available to download for free from their bandcamp page now.

“One of the most rewarding things about organising our event is being able to introduce bands to new ears. We try and bring a combination of who we think are the best UK and overseas acts each year. There are some personal favourites, some bands that you’ve asked us for and some stonkers that we aren’t ever able to say no to.

Each year in the run up to the event we release a series of ‘pay what you want’ online compilations as a way of introducing our line up to you. Any money raised goes in to promoting the festival so feel free to donate some pennies however we are more than happy for you to download the album for free. You might find your new favourite band so have a listen. We are very proud of what we have booked so far and there is much more to come!”

The first volume features tracks from Belvedere, Grand Collapse, Petrol Girls, Maid Of Ace, Mighty Midgets, Tim Loud, The Living Daylights, Vitriolic Response, Larrakia, Faintest Idea, Sweet Empire, The Domestics, Myelin, Pizzatramp and Honey Joy.
